HOW TO COOPERATE WITH OTHER

Cooperation is the process of groups of organisms working or acting together for common or mutual benefit, as opposed to working in competition for selfish benefit...Wikipedia.
You should embrace cooperation because through it your weak parts can be strengthened.no one can get success or Remain successful without cooperation from others. A great speaker will be useless without cooperation from the audience.

Even God needed cooperation from the Holy spirit and Jesus,a good husband will not have a good home without a good cooperation from the wife.

HOW TO BE COOPERATIVE WITH OTHERS

BE TOLERANT - sometimes we get put off when we see our partners do some things we don't like, forgetting that we are all different, having different values, different goals and different characters. Instead of shouting and complaining about their characters, try to correct them.

DONT THINK YOU ARE FAULTLESS - you too have a bad side, no one is impeccable. See cooperation as a way of strengthening your weaknesses.

AVOID ENVY- we all have a role to play in all we do as a team. Play your role well, you don't need to feel inferior because of what others are doing.

APPRECIATE OTHERS- motivation and encouragement comes when we appreciate others, it would even give us chance to learn how others are striving and dominating even when things are hard.

BE A GOOD LISTENER- that you refuse to talk when others are talking Does not mean you are inferior. Listening will help you understand others intensively. Listen more and talk less.

SHOW LOVE TO YOUR PARTNERS- one thing that keeps a team going is love...love is what makes you stay faithful and focus when the chips are down.

 Learn from those ants.

One of the nicest thing about good cooperation is that you always have someone by your side to help you stand when you fall and to keep you standing.
We are smart alone but smarter together.

HARD TIMES

hard times are when the bright light seems dark, when springs of waters turn to
 marah,when all hope seems lost.

hard times are never pleasant, even if we don't pray for hard times, we are bound to
face it someday.
some example of hard times is when the woman in 1KINGS 17 lost the precious child GOD
gave  to her when Elijah prayed for her or when that poor woman had only little flour
that she and her son will eat and nothing else.when the cloud seems falling down.
YEAH! Such moment seems dark but the truth is that it is never completely dark,
there is always a hole that produces some fragment of light even in the darkest of
times.but the problem is we seldom see such hole because we do not see hard times
as an opportunity to sprout out stronger roots.just like a Chinese bamboo tree it spends a
long time strengthening its root and sprout out a strong stem after a long time.
there is always a light at the end of the tunnel, that small amount of light can
stand out and cover up all darkness.that light gives direction and guides our path
if we follow it strictly...
Remember if you rush, you will crush. don't run to  the light that is extinguishable
be patient and figure out the true light JESUS,He is the sources of all hope,in him you
things you desire.in him there is joy unspeakable.he is the light that can never be
extinguished.
cheer up and give him the chance to take charge and give you the right steps to
take  even in hard times.
